People United for law, Education and Rehabilitation is a student-run organization, founded by the students of National Law Institute University, Bhopal in 2009.
Education is a vehicle of social empowerment which augments human resource capital of a nation. Legal education specifically serves as a strong force to make the voice of the silenced and deprived sections audible and facilitates the rapid socio-economic transformation at the grass root level.
The PULER education program kicked off with the aim to improve the reading, writing and the basic arithmetic levels of children in the age group of 6 to 14 years.With the help of the teachers of government school, an orientation program for the parents and children of Mindori village was conducted. The aim of the orientation was to provide information on free education. The students of Hindi medium schools were provided the opportunity to learn English free of cost
P.U.L.E.R. was established with the objective of social welfare from a legal perspective, therefore, imparting legal education.
The organization runs on ideals of an egalitarian society, rooted in the principles of equal access to justice. It also believes in the democratization of polity, which is why every member of P.U.L.E.R. has equal say in the decision making processes of the body.
Since its inception, P.U.L.E.R., has worked for the betterment of society, contributing in whatever way possible, right from Cleanliness drives to AIDS awareness campaigns. Despite the cut-throat competition in the world, P.U.L.E.R. has retained its fundamental beliefs of service to society first, and service to self later. The activities of the organization have persistently worked towards establishing an inclusive existence and working mechanism, whether it be in the rural communities that P.U.L.E.R. has become associated with , or the governance of its own members.

We also host a range of events for the kids through out the year. Such as Sports week, Art competitions, dance/music performances, Movie screenings, etc.
